Securely pack your items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
